David Fabry is Chief of Audiology at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine in Miami, FL.
He is a Past President of the American Academy of Audiology, and currently serves as Editor of Audiology Today. He has worked in the hearing aid industry, having served as Vice President of Professional Relations and Education for Phonak Hearing Systems (2002-2007), and in academic medicine, having been Chief of Audiology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota (1994-2002).
He has published and presented extensively, primarily in the area of amplification technology, verification and fitting of hearing aids, and in the areas of convergence between cochlear implants and hearing aids.

Grew up: I was born in Green Bay Wisconsin three days before legendary coach Vince Lombardi won his first game as coach of the Green Bay Packers. Had planned on being a veterinarian before finding Audiology.
